2. Eligibility Criteria:

To ensure a smooth admission process, please review the following eligibility requirements:

  • Age Requirements: Specific age criteria are established for each grade level. Please refer to the chart below for detailed information.

  • Supporting Documents for Enrollment
    • Proof of Date of Birth: A certified copy of the birth certificate.
    • School Records: Report cards from the previous two years for students up to grade 8, and official transcripts for high school applicants.
    • Standardized Test Results: Required for new students.
    • Completed Health Form: Including a vaccination record (form provided by the school).
    • Recent Photographs: Two (2) recent photographs of your child.
    • Home Location Map: A map indicating how to get to your home from school (to be completed once in Douala).
    • Financial Standing Record: A record of good financial standing from the previous school.
    • Proof of Guardianship: For non-biological parents/guardians.
    • Employment Letter: From the employer or agency responsible for payment to ASD.

Prospective families are welcome to schedule tours during office hours to experience our vibrant school community firsthand.
We are open from Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM. During holidays our office is closed, send us an email or give us a call to book a tour.
